Christmas Eve Live

Experience the energy of live production as I direct Christmas Eve Live, a dynamic mix of scripted and unscripted broadcast. This production required real-time adaptability and strong direction to the camera operators to capture both planned performances and spontaneous moments. With a fast-paced environment and no second takes, clear communication and split-second decision-making were essential to ensuring a visually compelling and immersive live experience.

Christmas Pageant Livestream

Step into the control room with me as I direct the live broadcast of a Christmas Pageant variety show. What made this production unique was its primarily scripted format, requiring precise coordination between cameras and stage action. As the director, I attended multiple rehearsals to map out each shot in advance, ensuring a seamless visual narrative. During tech week, we conducted 2 dress/camera rehearsals of the show to refine the execution and bring the vision to life in real time.

Empowering survivors of human trafficking

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Alabaster Jar Project could not host their annual fundraiser in person. Instead, supporters participated in a live virtual fundraiser from the comfort of their own homes. By the night's end, $40,000 was raised to empower survivors of human trafficking.

Good Friday Experience

This 90-minute Good Friday Experience was captured entirely without camera rehearsals. As the director, I navigated the unpredictability of a live, uninterrupted shoot, making real-time decisions to frame each moment with precision. With no second chances, clear communication with the camera operators was crucial in ensuring a visually compelling and emotionally resonant experience for the IMAG feed and online livestream.
